Eric Santiago’s path into real estate began in 2018, stepping into an industry that moved fast and demanded even faster decisions. Early on, he was exposed to the aggressive pace of transactions—where deals often took priority, and the best long-term outcome for clients wasn’t always the focus.

Determined to approach the business differently, Eric immersed himself in the fundamentals of real estate at a high level, learning under a leading investor and broker. There, he developed a strategic, deal-oriented mindset—understanding not just how to close transactions, but how to structure them in a way that protects equity, creates leverage, and positions clients to win.
As his experience grew, so did his perspective. After years of seeing how easily homeowners could be steered toward decisions that didn’t fully serve them, Eric reached a turning point. He set out to build something better—an approach centered on clarity, strategy, and putting the client’s best-case scenario at the forefront.
